Our Relationship with TomboyTools®

Tomboy Tools® sells tools using a 'direct sales' method.

If you have heard of Avon®, Mary Kay®, Pampered Chef®, or Tupperware®, you already know about how this works.

A hostess will have a Tomboy Tools® Party in her home. Information is sometimes gathered at these parties and used for drawings for a prize. Information may be written on an order form and this order information is transferred to Tomboy Tools® for order fulfillment. This information is not released by either Tomboy Tools® or myself to anyone else.

In addition to home parties, Tomboy Tools® encourages their consultants/demonstrators to have websites for online tool sales. We use our site, PinkToolsForTomboys.com to teach women about the tools we have available. We describe the tools, and provide links to Tomboy Tools® catalog and sales pages.

When you 'click' to buy something from our site, you are sent directly to a page at Tomboy Tools® to complete the sale. Any information you enter there, including your name, address, and credit card information, is entered in their secure pages. Tomboy Tools® does not release your information to anyone, either. Spam Is Not An Option

On our site, we have opportunities for you to enter your first name and email address. We use this information to send you monthly emails about specials, new tools, home repair tips, etc. When you enter your name to subscribe to our newsletter, your information goes directly to AWeber.com®, an autoresponder company.

AWeber.com® controls and manages our mailing list. Aweber.com® provides us with email list management and newsletter distribution services in an automated and tightly controlled fashion.

Aweber® insists on a 'double-opt-in' method of insuring that we only send emails and newsletters to people who have asked for us to do so.
